Our 11 year Anniversary!
After a recent hearing, we and our clients celebrated when the U.S. Bankruptcy Court sided with our arguments in finding that a major national bank had indeed reneged on its Mortgage Modification offer. The Bank was forced to abide by the terms and conditions it had offered our Debtor clients.
A U.S. Immigration Judge recently sided with our client and terminated her removal proceedings after granting her a V.A.W.A. petition.
A long fought battle in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court was recently won!
